My name is Donald C. Kudler, Esq. I am a Las Vegas lawyer who practices mainly as a litigation attorney. I represent victims of car accidents, slip and fall accidents, assaults and batteries, dog bites and other injury causing events. I have been proud to call myself a Las Vegas Personal Injury Lawyer for almost 15 years. I also represent business and individuals in transactions and as a litigation attorney.
I have been licensed to practice law in the State of Nevada since 1993. My B.A. in Business and my MBA were obtained at California State University, Fullerton and had a focus on Information Systems. I obtained my J.D. from the University of California, Hastings Colleges of the Law in 1993 with the intention of movng to Nevada to practice law as a Las Vegas Lawyer.
My partner, Allen A. Cap, Esq., and I formed our firm, Cap & Kudler in 2004 after being associated for several years working together in personal injury law firm.
